Maryland: HB 229 bans children’s products containing the flame retardants TDCPP (tris(1,3-dichloro-2-propyl)phosphate) and TCEP (tris(2-chloroethyl)phosphate).

New York: AB 4741 / SB 3703 bans children’s products containing TDCPP – signed by Gov. Cuoumo on September 18, 2014.

Washington State: SB 6086 will require the state to reduce purchases of products that contain the well-known PBTs, polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs).
Going nowhere, but in the US Senate:

Senator Schumer (D-NY) introduced S 2811 to ban ten flame retardants, including TDCPP and TCEP.

Senator Merkley (D-OR) introduced S 2656 to restrict persistent, bioaccumulative and toxic (PBT) chemicals, starting with 21 well-known PBTs. Exemptions are allowed for uses the US EPA determines essential or critical.
States that enacted laws to restrict chemical flame retardants prior to 2014 include:

Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Oregon, Rhode Island, and Washington.
*Note: many of the flame retardants being restricted are also PBTs.
